Procedure for Filing a Multi-District Litigation Claim

The clerk of the panel provides all counsel and party-litigants not represented by counsel with a Panel Service List of names and addresses of the designated attorneys and the parties they represent and the names and addresses of the parties not represented by counsel
Within ten days of filing of a motion to transfer, an order to show cause (conditional transfer order) will be issued by the panel
Each litigant or his attorney must give the clerk of the panel, in writing, the name and address of the attorney designated by that litigant to receive service of process and other documents relating to the case being heard by the judicial panel of multi-district litigation.

These documents should be submitted for filing with the clerk of the panel, either by mailing or personal delivery
