If you use Egnyte to manage your organization's document storage and permissions, SmartDraw will work seamlessly with your existing workflow. You can quickly connect to Egnyte and let your team collaborate on creating diagrams where they already work and store documents.

Connect SmartDraw to Egnyte®

You can connect to your Egnyte drive from three different places within SmartDraw from Integrations in the Dashboard, from the Save dialog, and from the Documents section.

Integrations

  1. From the Dashboard, select Integrations, choose Storage.
  2. On the storage page, choose Egnyte.
  3. A new browser window will open and prompt you to login to your Egnyte account.
  4. When prompted, agree to let your SmartDraw connect to your Egnyte by clicking Allow Access.

Save Dialog

  1. From the Save dialog, choose the Egnyte logo under Add Service.
  2. A new browser window will open and prompt you to login to your Egnyte account.
  3. When prompted, agree to let your SmartDraw connect to your Egnyte by clicking Allow Access.

Documents

  1. From the Dashboard, select Documents, click on Add Storage to see a list of options available to link.
  2. Choose Egnyte.
  3. A new browser window will open and prompt you to login to your Egnyte account.
  4. When prompted, agree to let your SmartDraw connect to your Egnyte by clicking Allow Access.

Finding Your Files on Egnyte

You can see and access all your files and folders from Egnyte by clicking on Documents and then selecting the Egnyte tab at the top.

You can even search just files stored on Egnyte using the search tool.
